I've only had my Jeep for a few kilometers but I would rate my Jeep and my dealer a 10 out of 10. I considered other dealers but I found a way better deal at Cochrane Dodge.

"Exceptional Service"

Five weeks ago my husband and I purchased a 2010 Jeep Patriot from your dealership. From the time we walked into Cochrane Dodge, your staff was courteous, attentive, and informative. At that point in time we were just exploring our options as we were still in a lease for my 2005 Dodge SX 2.0. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that we could turn in the lease for less than Chrysler Financials buyout amount, thus, allowing us to purchase another vehicle.

 

Miles Chester was the salesperson assisting us with the purchase of our vehicle. He seemed knowledgeable about the Jeep Patriot and appeared to provide honest answers to our questions. He was also willing to seek help from your other staff members for any questions that he could not provide answers, which I greatly appreciated. We decided to purchase the Patriot on a Saturday morning and because of the hard work of your staff, we were driving the vehicle home by 5:00 that evening. I would like to extend a thank you to Jacquie, Jen, and Pablo for their efforts as well.  

 

My husband and I are looking forward to continuing our business with Cochrane Dodge for any of our service needs and most certainly will consider your dealership the next time we purchase a vehicle. We are truly happy with the Patriot thus far and are content with our decision.

"Above and Beyond"

My recent purchase of a Ram 1500 from Cochrane Dodge was excellent.  The truck was originally ordered in June of 2009 during the "Great Chrysler Crisis" bankruptcy.  Despite being faced with numerous challenges, the great folks at Cochrane Dodge made the experience as easy as possible. 

 

Colin continually went above and beyond expectations of the truck-buying process.  From start to finish, he kept me informed of any and all updates on the status of my truck.  The wait for this truck was a long process because of many manufacturer-related issues, but Colin, Ryan and Jacquie turned it into the best possible purchase experience I could've asked for. 

 

I would like to thank everyone at Cochrane Dodge for the exceptional customer service; they have truly raised the bar. I would recommend Cochrane Dodge to anyone looking for a great deal and a better experience.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my pleasure of dealing with your dealership again. I have purchase a few vehicles from your dealership over the years and I must say that it is your staff at Cochrane Dodge that has me coming back again.

I must make a special mention of your salesman Rudy, I have been dealing with Rudy for about 10 years now and recently purchased a 2010 Jeep from him. I was treated as always with respect and in a friendly manner. Sometimes Rudy and I in the past have not always been able to come to a deal that will work for us, but every time having business dealings or discussions, Rudy has always handled the situation with honesty and integrity. This is what always has my first choice of a vehicle deal beginning with Rudy. Rudy has become someone I really trust when purchasing a vehicle and I know that I will not have to play games or second guess what I am being told.

I am going to wrap up this letter now, as I could go on with all my good experiences with Karen in your Service Department, the parts department, and all the people that are involved behind the scenes such as the techs I get to talk with if I have questions. All In all I wanted to make sure you are aware of my satisfaction in person and not through the surveys that are sent out. You have some really great people here that will keep me coming back and more importantly recommending your dealership to my friends and business associates.

"A very pleasant experience"

Just thought I would drop you a note thanking you and your staff for a very pleasant sales experience.  As I had expressed to Jacquie when I first walked in the door, despite having bought 10 vehicles over the years I never have had a very good experience buying a vehicle.  All except one vehicle have been fine, but the sales persons I have found have not been that great.

The salesman Jacquie introduced me to was kind of young, I must say he was quite excellent and everything I would expect in a sales person.  He was pleasant, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, honest and followed up. He gave me all of my options in a logical way which in the end is why I ended up buying a vehicle that day, because it made sense too.  Even when I asked him to do better on his final price (I was just playing with him at that point) he never flinched and replied "I'll find out".

I think it extremely funny that I came in looking for a red truck and I bought a black one, I first wanted a standard transmission, but picked out an automatic and I wanted an SLT, but upgraded to the Larmine all of which was fine by me in the end.

Overall I would like to say that everyone I met at Cochrane Dodge and my "sales experience" was very good.  Hat's off to you all.
